Are there USB Ports on the SIDE! HOLY SH@#@ WHY DON'T YOU GIVE A PIC OF THIS IMPORTANT ASPECT! NOT EVEN ON THE HP SITE DO THEY TELL US THIS.  WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS!  This is all getting very ridiculous!  Should I Advise Customers of mine NOT to buy one of your AIO's again if I have to go through all thes hoops to get ONE PIECE OF SIMPLE INFORMATION!

Where is the Manual?

Where are the Good Pics of this thing?

I cannot see anywhere if there are USB Ports on the side of the machine, and if it is going to continue to be a waste of my time will start advising all clients to go with DELL AIO's

FINALLY: I see that there are no USB Ports on the Left side of the machine, so how do you expect older people to access the Ports? or even a young person that has to go through all the hassle to get BEHIND THAT DARN HEAVY MACHINE to find the ports! ...JUNK!

If you are not going to put ports on the side, then please make the Stand with the ability to Swivel!  It would be freaking cheaper just to make the darn thig correct to begin with with USB Ports on the side!

Now...send me a check for the Design advice that I just provided that your whole freaking Team could not figure out on their own.  This type of garbage makes me not want to work on computers at all anymore!

Hi:

You should be able to refer to the user guides section for this model which has the same motherboard, etc.

Thank you guys, I know this has nothing to do with you and I have been very vocal and irritated.  You have been very professional in your replies, and seemingly understanding my frustration.  I eventually saw that info Paul, thanks.

Yes, I posted that I EVENTUALLY Seen that, but it is not consistent with what I've seen for other computers.  HP How about a little consistency.  Is there a way I can be advised of new stuff going on for this site, via email, an insiders group or something to that effect.

I can see on the Dell Site that I can find this info in about One Minute!  This is a big problem for HP, and any time I can have a customer buy a Dell I will do so!  I cannot waste my time looking for things that are so disorganized, and adivse someone buy an AIO with no USB Ports on the Side.  The only reason they are selling this JUNK is because of the Price, and that people don't think about this before or during the Purchase.  I also Strongly Suggest HP Include a USB Extender come with ALL AIO's without USB Ports on the Side, at least one.  And this is a horrible fix, but a fix none the less.

Thanks again guys for allowing me to voice my opinion and aggraivation with what HP is doing to it's company.  If they are going to produce junk then at least provide me witih an easy way to find the info I need to do my job quickly and efficiently.  It simply isn't worth my time and effort, and to pass this onto the customer just won't work.

I forget, can I 'Accept As Solution " and then make another post?

Anyhow, I am giving the Solution to banhien because I thought that it was the appropriate answer.  But Paul did a really good job supporting my problem also as usual.  It was my fault for not seeing the little diagram on the page banhien presented, because I'm not used to seeing it that way.

Thanks guys for you quick and professional support, especially when I was so frustrated and you overlooked that and helped anyhow, you are true pro's!
