My Keyboard and Mouse do not work so I can not use my PC. When I turn on the PC it shows the HP logo, then it goes to a screen that says "Keyboard Error". A few seconds later it goes to the Windows 11 Lock Screen. No buttons or movements on the keyboard and mouse do anything.
Steps already performed to Troubleshoot:
- I have tried all of the USB ports with both the mouse and keyboard.
- I have tried multiple keyboards and mice.
- I have tried getting into the BIOS, but like I said, the Keyboard doesn't work at all. I have tried pressing DEL, F10, F2 and ESC repeatedly from before the computer is on, all the way to boot up. It just boots up like stated above.
- I have also tried resetting the CMOS.
My PC is completely unusable right now. My guess is that the BIOS has disabled the USB, but once again, I can't get into the BIOS to enable it. I have tried finding another post or forum with the same issue, but haven't found anything useful. Hopefully I can find some help with this post.
Thanks in Advance!

This certainly seems to be a hardware problem. When did you first notice the problem: After a power fail? After a windows update? what about when you went from windows 10 to 11?
A picture of your motherboard is here

If you have a custom build maybe not all of the following apply
Open the system up. Touch a finger to the metal case before touching any components. Remove the SATA cables, if any, connected to the white, dark blue and light blue connectors. Make a note so to put them back in the correct order.
Remove the video board and connect the monitor to the internal video connector
Remove one of the RAM sticks. If labeled DIMM0 and DIMM1 remove DIMM1
Power system up. Listen for beeps or watch the num lock for a blinking pattern.
Report back what happened.
