Plugged in a Realtek 8812BU Wireless Lan and bluetooth adapter into USB. Wireless works but not bluetooth.
Went to device manager to update driver for bluetooth and there is no bluetooth in device manager and no way to add bluetooth to device manager or to turn on bluetooth.

If you want a dual band USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter, I use this one on my HP 800 G3 DM that did not come with a Wi-Fi adapter.
The only thing is it has 1/2 the maximum throughput as the one you bought--433 MBPS vice 867 MBPS, but if you want Bluetooth without adding a USB Bluetooth adapter, this one will do the trick.
The other option would be to buy an internal desktop Wi-Fi kit with external antennas and install the card in the existing M.2 Wi-Fi slot.
