HP Pavilion All-in-One Business Desktop, 27" Full HD Display

I just set up my all in one pc. There was no dongle or paperwork included other than the inspection report. How do I get a dongle so my mouse and keyboard will work?

The  wireless dongle is hidden and installed inside the AIO PC.

Install the batteries in the mouse and keyboard, if a combo set was delivered with the PC.

Not all AIO PC's were delivered with a wireless combo. Some HP 27" AIO PC's were delivered with wired mouse and keyboard.

Which one is yours?

I will locate more information that shows what I mean as soon as you identify your PC.

Why did you not completely identify your PC?

HP 27" Full HD display and HP Pavilion All-In_One Business desktop  are not very specific.

When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue

Type in msinfo32 and press enter.

The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.

The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
