Hi,
Got a new hp pavilion tg-01 desktop. When the computer is turned off it starts to make clicking sounds. I discovered that the noise is from the psu fan moving. It's just slight movements (like twitching) with a few seconds between. It won't stop until I start the computer again or pull out ac cord. When pulling out cord fan will start spin for like 5 seconds then stop.
Doesn't seem like normal behavour. What can cause this? Is there any way to fix this or should I use warranty? There is also some whine on and off without any cpu load.
I got the latest bios, drivers etc.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Heya.
The computer model is HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0021no.
Also noticed when I unplug the ac cord the fan twitching goes rapidly for around 5 seconds then full for some second then stops.
Almost seems like the psu fan tries to start then quickly stops whenever pc is off.
