Product: HP - 24-df0064na 23.8" All-in-One PC - Intel® Core™ i5, 256 GB SSD, White

Constant noise coming from screen. I’ve tried following set up and system checks (F2 during start up). All results passed. Only had it a month and really starting to be annoying! Is this normal or should it be quiet? 

Any help appreciated.

The only mechanical device in the chassis is the CPU fan.   What you really have is a laptop style motherboard encased by the monitor shell.  A single fan (constant spin) is all you have internally that can make noise.   Go to the store and listen to the floor models. Be prepared to return it.
