Microsoft Windows 11

I recently purchased this PC, at the beginning it only had 8GB of RAM and a speed of 3200Mh, but for a period of time, since 8GB of RAM wasn't enough for me, I temporarily installed 8x2 2666 RAM, until I bought them new. from 2x8 from 3200, but the speed of the task manager remains at 2133, please help me

Hi @Daniele33

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Your PC's BIOS does not support universal AMD memory overclocking known as DOCP (DRAM Overclock Profiles).

HP installs specific memory modules at the factory which are manufactured to run at 3200MHz with your MB. 2133 MHz or 2400 MHz is the standard operating frequency for DDR4 RAM.

HP do not normally offer memory modules at retail purchase. You could check HP Part Surfer using your PC's specific product number or model for memory module purchase options .

I can only suggest trying Crucial Memory if HP is not selling the required memory modules at HP Part Surfer. Crucial guarantees memory compatibility or the purchase is fully refundable.

I don't know if Crucial memory modules capable of running at 3200 MHz will run at 3200 MHz on your MB.

Use the Crucial Scanner to find compatible memory modules for your MB.

Regards
