Hello I keep getting this message talking about non-system, disk or disk error, replace and strike any key and ready what does that mean? And can someone please help me I really need my computer to work because it has all my schoolwork on it.

It looks like you disk drive is going bad. Try running HP diagnostics by pressing ESC after powering on and see if the disk drive can be repaired.
You can try booting windows 11 in repair mode. You download the ISO (you probably have it already on USB) and after booting you select the option to repair.
It is also possible to run the chkdsk application to try a drive repair. That can be done before windows starts (unlike the scandlisk app)
