Product: HP Elite Slice

Hi, I can no longer use my elite slice PC. It boots ok, but when I get to the Windows Hello screen, the camera doesn't work, neither do the keyboard and mouse, so I can't log in using my PIN.

I can enter the startup screen by pressing Esc repeatedly whilst it boots, and the keyboard works on that - and so does the mouse. I've tried doing a system restore from the startup screen, but the keyboard and mouse don't work on system restore page.

I'm a bit stuck! I've tried unplugging everything part from the keyboard and screen and it doesn't make a difference.
