I have lost my USB RECEIVER of my HP Z3700 Wireless Optical Mouse . So, I am unable to connect my mouse to my system. So, please help me any other alternative way to use my mouse.

It does NOT support Link-5 technology USB dongle. All you can do now is to buy a new set.
