Hello I bought this HP SSD S650 3 months ago and suddenly not working anymore, I read some of the community about this item and it seems this batch are defective. I could not find any information regading product warranties as it was mentioned in this community, unfortunately I ended up no information nothing. Kindly need help in replacement on this product. I did lost alot of important files of my work and it's gone all my hard worked.  I am very disapointed with this product. I usually depend on HP products because most of my products are very reliable, since loosing all my work which it took me 2 months of work. GONE!!!

I hope HP can do better on there  Product Quality Control, making sure that there products are been up par with the rest.

Thanks

Yep.

I can ping a Moderator to ask for assistance in getting warranty coverage if it is still active.

My own personal preference is using USB  flash drives to my backup important data. The USB flash drives  have gotten to the point of where they are quite inexpensive. I have a box of them.
