Recently picked up this All-in-one AMD A4-Series, everything looking good until when I realize there were no NumLock keyboard - not a big deal, I looked up some solution/steps the forum offered. However, it didn’t really solve my problem. I’m trying to use the arrows keyboards on the number pad. I’ve tried to use the on-screen keyboard to active NumLock, but when I tried to click on those number -> for arrows, it turns back to a number. Anybody know how to active NumLock so I can use the arrows keyboard on the numberic pad? Please send help 😞 thanks you.

@VLSD
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- What is the operating system?
Note: if its compatibility related issue, then you need to use an external keyboard which comes with dedicated num lock keypad.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
