I have desktop pc , HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0004na owned on 2019. Number of SSD slots are not specified on its manual specifications. If anyone could specify the available number of slots for SSD, that would be grateful.

There's only one M.2 slot which is currently occupied by a M.2 SATA 128 GB SSD.

When you look at the motherboard expansion slot specifications you have to assume you are looking at an empty motherboard with nothing installed.

Both the M.2 SSD and M.2 Wi-Fi adapter slots are occupied, leaving no available expansion slots.
Note that your PC's motherboard also supports the faster performing NVMe SSD's if you were wanting to replace the M.2 SATA SSD with a NVMe SSD having a greater storage capacity.
HP offered NVMe SSD's in the HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-xa0000i model series such as in these models that have the same motherboard as yours.

Thanks a lot. I need to replace the SSD as it is running almost full on memory with OS and programs files. Could you please suggest me if I kneed to buy any specific SSD that is compatible with the slot and other similarities. Since I need to clone new SSD for OS , any suggestions to download good cloning software and to buy SSD - USB connector. Thanks

You're very welcome.
Your PC's NVMe SSD slot is PCIe Gen 3.0. A PCIe Gen 4.0 SSD will work, but it will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds from a Gen 3.0 slot.
You can use any brand/model NVMe SSD that you want, but I recommend the Samsung 980 in a storage capacity that meets your needs and budget.
This is the 1 TB model:
Samsung offers a cloning utility within the free Samsung Magician software, which is another reason I recommend this drive for you.

Since your PC only has one M.2 slot, you will also need to purchase a USB3/USB-C NVMe enclosure to install the new drive in so you can clone the 128 GB SSD to the new one.
