Hi:
If you have installed W10, you should be able to manually install the W8 video driver for the 6150SE as follows...
Download and install this free file utility. The 2nd file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
After you install 7-Zip download and save, but do not run this graphics driver.
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/82758/en-us
Right click on the graphics driver you saved.
Select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip extract to: And let it extract the file into its folder name.
Once that is done, go to the device manager, click to expand the display adapters device manager category.
Click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter (what the Nvidia Geforce 6150SE graphics adapter will be labeled with no driver installed).
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder that 7-Zip created.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
Personally, I would avoid putting any money into it, especially if you were planning on buying W10, because even though your PC was released to market in 2010, the Nvidia Geforce 6150SE nForce 430 chipset is from 2005 or thereabouts.
It was a workhorse chipset that HP used for many years.
So, I would experiment with W10 to make sure it works well in other respects before buying any hardware.
Since the chipset is so old, you can't install any modern graphics cards.
I would suggest the best and least expensive graphics card for your model would be the nVidia GT 210, if my suggestion to use the W8 graphics driver for the onboard graphics doesn't work...though it should.
You may still be able to upgrade to W10 for free, even though the free upgrade period ended a long time ago.

Thanks for the quick response. After reading the FAQ's at NVIDIA, I've downloaded the -1 version of the Geforce Series 6 (307.64) for Win8-64bit. I plan to attempt another install of Windows 10 by selecting CONFIRM on the hardware alert message and then upon completion, hopefully upgrade the driver to the downloaded file. Really appreciate the recommendations and guidance. Keep you posted.....

Well....ugh! Win10 upgrade worked for a while and then failed miserably with Windows update 1809 causing mass corruption, loss of app functions, and worst of all - deleted win7 recovery backout files! Several MS Support online sessions confirmed the P6507c motherboard and BIOS version does not support Windows10. My current status is a clean load of Windows 7. The ISO file is too big for burning to a bootable DVD, and the legacy tower does not support removable USB boot options (only DVD or Hard disk). Any help you can provide for a BIOS upgrade on this board to allow USB would be Perrrrfect?

Hi:
Sorry that your experience with W10 was short lived.
You should be able to burn the W7 ISO file to a DVD.
It is less than 3.1 GB in size, and a DVD can hold up to 4.7 GB.
I have burned W7 ISO files to DVD's many times with no issues.
If one exists, the only BIOS update for your PC would be on its support page, and it would only work on W7.

I used the same link below and it worked fine for one of my clients (had the issue due to Win10 v1903 changing driver to Microsoft basic video driver). Once you download the driver, right-click on the driver and run " compatibility troubleshooter ". Set as compatible with previous version of windows. Set as compatible with Windows 8.x. After indicating that these settings " work fine " save those settings. Run install of drivers the remainder of the way as with compatibility settings saved, and voila.. Worked fine for me 🙂
