ODD optical drive

I need to connect a optical drive. I need a power cable for this drive. I can not it buy, because any seller does not have it.  

If possible i want know type of connector and it pin asssigment.

I understand that you would like to connect a optical Drive The optical drive (ODD) in most modern PCs uses a standard SATA power connector, which is a 15‑pin connector providing +3.3V, +5V, and +12V rails. If your drive is older (IDE/PATA), it may instead use the 4‑pin Molex connector.

Thanks for explanation. But, you explained only SATA power standard connector. I need know pinout of mainboard connector of HP Z2 Tower Gi1. It is signed as P161 with label SARA-PWR1. The type of convient type of connector i need too.
