HP Recommended

A customer bought this HP Desktop in my shop. It had the original HP 64 GB RAM which tested bad.

He ordered CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro Two 16gb 3200MHZ.

The Bios is underclocking the RAM down to 1066MHZ .  I noticed it while using CPU Z. I booted into the bios settings and did a Custom profile and set the RAM to the 3200MHZ but when I exit the Bios it starts beeping and then it will boot but when I go back to the bios it shows the RAM at 1066MHZ again. It has the most recent BIOS that does allow aftermarket memory.

Does anyone know why it is doing this and how to fix it?
