OMEN 30L GT13-0000i Graphic Card Upgrade Size issue

My OMEN 30L GT13-0000i (081) has RTX 2070.
I tried to upgrade to RTX 2080Ti. However, RTX 2080Ti (length 292mm) was a little bit big to fit in the case.
The graphic card support plate was fixed to the bay frame. I could not remove the plate or bay frame.

It looks like only a graphic card less than a length of 290mm may fit.

Is there any way to upgrade to a bigger graphic card? I hope to upgrade to RTX 3080 or 3090 (length 295mm~300mm)

Thanks, I may have to go for the small models of 3080 or 3090, if I cannot find any solution to expand the size.

Practically, I noticed the small size models of 3080 or 3090 are of underperformance. 
3-pin powered 3080ti shows even better than the small size model of 3090.
But no such 3080ti fits my OMEN 30L.

And nowadays, GPUs have supply issues and are too over-priced here in Korea.
It is hard to find small-size models, at a reasonable price.

With an additional 1~1.5cm space in my OMEN 30L, I could have more practical choices.
Any solution to expand the space like detaching the plates?
