I'm looking into purchasing the Omen 35L Gaming Desktop GT16-0100t PC but upon selecting the options, I do not see an upgrade option for the thermal system, would love to change that to liquid cooler, is that possible? Thank you.

Greetings @nomad1201
Welcome to the HP Forum.
HP tailors CPU cooling system upgrade options based upon the processor installed in the system.
The GT16-0100t has an Intel 14400F. This processor should run fine using an air cooler.
You would have to select a different HP 35L PC having different CPU options if you want an AIO CPU liquid cooler option.
This HP 35L PC has a CPU liquid cooler option.
Helpful Suggestion:
Select, at least, 32 GBs of RAM at PC purchase. 35L MBs work best using HP factory memory.
It's your call. But you may be returning to this Forum having possible memory upgrade questions/problems.
HP factory memory modules for 35L MBs are not available to purchase at HP Part Surfer at this time. At least, no memory purchase options were available when I checked a few weeks ago.
Using retail memory modules in 35L MBs is problematic at this time. Crucial Memory upgrades seem to be the best option.
But Crucial memory may run at standard JEDEC speed and timings.
