I have bought the desktop at the end of 2022 and until now i just kept it clean from dust as best as i could.
Does the cooling liquid has to be replaced?

Hi @ZaLife
Welcome to the HP Forum.
The AIO CPU cooler is a closed loop system. You pretty much could not replace coolant or add coolant to the system.
Eventually the system will lose coolant through evaporation and permeation.
These systems usually fail (coolant loss or pump failure) at around four years or so. Your milage may vary.
Regards
