I added 32 gig of ram (2X16 3200) however the original stick are clocked at 3200 and the additional Ram is clocked at 2133.  I went into the BIOS but that is about worthless.  You can't make any changes.  I loaded Ryzen Master and reset the clock speed however when I run diags it still shows 2 (16gig) at 3200 and 2 (32gig) at 2133.

What are the exact product-IDs and labeling on the two new sticks of RAM, and the two old sticks?

What is the manufacturer of the new sticks? The old sticks? CRUCIAL? ELPIDA?

DDR4 RAM is available in the "2133" speed and the "2400" speed.

Most sticks of 2400 RAM can also run at 2133 or 1866 or 1600 speed.

You need to return the two new sticks, and match the manufacturer & speed of the two old sticks.

There is a slight chance that the motherboard has an engineering-design limitation, e.g., "if you have 2 sticks, RAM will run at 2400, but if you have 4 sticks, all 4 sticks will run at 2133".
