Hello
this may be quite complicated!
You will not easily be able, perhaps not at all, to change the motherboard for another
you should find the same one, or very similar hp model
Once the motherboard is replaced, you may not be able to reinstall the original system.
And as stated, you might have an activation problem
You can still recover data from your hard drive if you replace the computer
I advise you to look for the same motherboard, see the price
sometimes they can be quite expensive
or it can be "revised" models but not always very functional

Is this your computer: OMEN by HP 870-270no Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It seems to have been manufactured in 2017, for use in the Nordic countries.
Even if you find a factory-replacement motherboard, via http://PartSurfer.HP.com your next problem will be that the license to run Windows is linked to your current motherboard. So, you will need to purchase a new copy of Windows 10, to run on the new motherboard. Paying for a new motherboard and a new license will be expensive.
Sadly, it may be better to purchase a new "ready for Windows 11" computer, and connect your current disk-drive as a secondary disk-drive in the new computer, to let you copy all your personal files (but not your programs) onto the new disk-drive.

Windows 10 is quite "adaptable". Take a disk-drive out of a HP computer, and connect it into another HP computer, and you should be able to boot from the disk-drive. Windows will add any needed device-drivers, and should boot properly. Of course, it will not "activate". But, you should be able to use your saved "passwords", and probably will be able to set new passwords. Then, purchase a new Windows 10 license.
