I would like to upgrade processor from 7. to 8. or 9. generation. How and where to find BIOS upgrade?

@jelenapa , welcome to the Community.

 

HP normally doesn't update their BIOS/UEFI to accommodate newer processor versions.  They will include them in newer models.  Therefore, the i7-7700 is the fastest processor that will be compatible with your motherboard.
