OMEN 25L Desktop - GT12-022qd CTO
Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP OMEN 25L gaming desktop.  My extended warranty (carepack 3 years) expired last year.  Recently in the last 3 months, I kept getting BSODs and everytime I run the diag one of the memory module used to fail within the 100% test progress.  Kept removing one and system worked for a while and again BSOD.  Finally all the 4 modules failed one after another in the last 3 months.  Since Kingston provides lifetime warranty on HyperX FURY memory modules, is it possible to get a RMA and replace those modules?

Thanks.  But I  have difficulty getting in touch with HP customer support, since my extended 3 year HP Care pack expired last year.

Greetings @John-Abra

Opinions or troubleshooting suggestions in this response are provided independently. I am not employed by: HP, Inc. or the HP Forum.

This is a tricky situation because OEM PC manufacturers usually provide a limited warranty for all factory components installed in the PC.

Kingston may not provide warranty support because you did not purchase the memory from Kingston.

You would have to contact HP Support for clarification.
