Hi everyone 

I wanna upgrade my graphic board and I was wandering if  Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 is compatibile with my motherboard HP82E0

You have, if I am right, a 1300W PSU. And that plus the MB specs are more than enough to run a 2080. You will also need a 6 pin and 8 pin power connector from the PSU. However I am curious, are you sure that you are running Windows 10 32 bit and if so why? That would mean that you can only run a maximum of 4 GB of RAM.
