Product: omen 25L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
hi, had an Omen 25L GTI1-1xxx with Ryzen 7 5700g.
upgraded ram - Corsai Vengeance RGB at 3200. 4 sticks, max 64gb.
mobo is Hana 8876 so i updated cpu to Ryzen 9 5900x without win reinstall. (cpu is listed as supported)
cooler keeps cpu at 100% at 85degs C.
kept crashing.
updated BIOS
keeps crashing, many BSODs when browsing, copying files, rendering, benchmarking.
this is my plan:
1 will reset BIOS
2 will leave RAM at 2133
3 will reinstall win10 clean.
4 will install AMD cpu drivers for 5900x
any other thoughts?
any custom ram settings for the 5900x? i use the already made XMP profile..
