OMEN 27i Monitor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have this Omen 27i Monitor and recently I shifted to a new house and I disassembled this monitor like a week ago and unscrew it to shift. After I moved to a new house I couldn't find the screw to screw the Omen 27i Monitor back Together and I have it next to the wall so it does not fall forwards since it's not screwed. Can someone tell me which screw I need to get for this product so I can screw it back and it's safe then, as far as I remember it's a hexagon screw? Also, 2nd Question is that because I did not have the screw I assembled the monitor without a screw and it fell on the floor forward really hard and now it has a dead pixel, so is that permanent damage, or is the monitor fine, and is there any way I can get rid of this dead pixel in the middle of the screen? Thank You!

Is it less than 12 months old?

Unless you purchased an extended warranty that covers "Accidental Damage", you are stuck with a dead pixel.
