When I try to change the bios to XMP, there is 2 profiles for it, XMP 1 and XMP 2, neither will work. When I load the profile, the pc restarts and has 3 long beeps and then 2 short beeps, eventually the PC comes on but nothing on the screen. I added the exact same RAM that it came with, HyperX Fury 16GB 3200 MHZ X2 , but my PC is only running them at 2400 MHZ, so it shows a total of 64 GB's of RAM yes, but at 2400 MHZ. I read the solution is a BIOS F12 update but what does that mean specifically or what is the resolution for this?

What is the complete product name or product number for your dessktop PC?
Omen 45L is only a partial identifier.
From an off state, press the power button and then immediately tap the Esc key and then when the Esc menu appears tap the Fi key for system information.
Kindly provide the entire product name or the product number (SKU)
Otherwise I am a bit in the dark since I won't be able to know which motherboard is in your Omen desktop PC.
