Omen Obelisk 875 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello!

I am relatively new to the PC/PC gaming world and recently bought the HP OMEN OBELISK 875 series. I have been doing more and more research and I have come to the conclusion that I would like to upgrade my storage space. My motherboard is an EDORAS 84FD. My current storage drives are a 256 GB SSD (which contains my OS) and a back up 1 TB HDD and I have a free additional drive bay. I'm looking to add a 1TB SSD, but I ran into this issue and wanted to be sure. The motherboard has SATA connections (ports). My HDD is plugged into the first port labeled HDD1. The free port says HDD2. Now, my question is can I run a 1 TB SSD into the port labeled HDD2 without any issues?
