Product: HP Omen 30L or 25L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is more for running an nvme at higher speed than video card performance. Google search says other z490 boards will run 4.0 but don't see anything for HP's.

You have to know which one. The following one still uses PCIe Gen 3 x4
