Greetings all,

I installed two 16GB stick of Crucial DDR5-5200 RAM: CT2K16G52C42U5, 1.1V. However, the system remains in single channel mode and does not see both sticks. According to the HWiNFO utility, 4 memory channels are supported, but only one is active.

I could not find a setting in the BIOS to change the memory to dual channel. Does this system only allow one stick of RAM, or should it automatically see both sticks?

Thanks for your time,

DM
