I cannot figure out how to open the CD player.  No button on either side of computer.

Below is the link to the parts list for your PC's product number:

It does not come with a DVD drive which is why there is no way to open the bezel blank which is the only part listed:

 

L67794-001
Bezel - P-ODD-BLANK-BEZEL-ID19-MT-OPP

 

Very few PCs come standard with optical disk drives anymore.

 

Yours is one of the many that don't.

 

An easy way to tell that your PC doesn't have a DVD drive is to go to 'This PC' and if there was a DVD drive, it would be described accordingly and assigned a drive letter like the hard drive has--usually Drive (D:).
