I have tried everything to remove the Access Panel. I have removed the screw, but cannot gain any leverage for unlatching the top. I have gone around the circumference with three small screw drivers to loosen the casing from its runner. It still will not budge! Unfortunately, I have already left scratches trying to get it open. Are there any tips that might help, please?

I have it opened. Something clicked/snapped/triggered. Maybe there was an obstruction?
