Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to install 2 new memory cards in my HP f-1047C desktop all-in-one.

I'm following the guide. 

I removed the stand and then removed the front bottom piece.

I can not move on to the next step and get the screen lifted up as in the picture, step 7. 

Along the bottom seems to be detached, but the sides are not moving.

What am I missing?

They should be underneath, check if you can remove this cover.
