A problem opening an app necessitated me uninstalling & installing drivers. It was not successful and AMD asked questions including Power Supply Wattage. Please help with; what, where, why and when, please. I can't find the info. on the cabinet. Why doesn't the specific User Guide tell the 'user' the max. wattage or are AMD referring to the mains supply? I don't know one end of a 13 amp plug to another. Please give me a clue Guys.

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c05417478
It has Internal 180 W PSU. Looks like you are trying to upgrade video card fro AMD and 180W does not have enough power to run new card that why AMD asks for it.
Regards.

@sweetcorn024 , welcome to the Community.
The power supply unit (PSU) in your computer is 180W/240 Volts. I can't tell you the amperage, because, as you stated, it is nowhere to be found in the HP documentation. You will have to open the case and look at the label on the PSU for this information.
Here is the Product Specifications page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-570-p000-desktop-pc-series/13823514/model/15193864/...

I doubt that the power has anything to do with the app not opening. You were no doubt a lot closer to the cause of the problem considering it to be a software/driver conflict. I believe that 85% or more computer problems are software; not hardware related.
If uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't solve the problem, your best option is contact the developer. They are the experts on their software.
