mass storage device does not exist as an option. The only option given is Disk drive.

As we have tried all possible troubleshooting steps. The issue is not fixed. We do not have the option to take the remote and check.

 

I would suggest you to contact our phone support. To reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your product.
