Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

PC not starting by pressing the power button & power LED is not glowing.

Any light inside the mother board is not glowing.

SMPS is ok.

By removing all the power connectors from mother board, and by shorting the green wire and black wire, fan of smps is operating and 12 volt is measured at all the yellow wires. But when the power connectors of smps are connected at their place and power button is pressed, nothing happens.
