I have an HP Pavilion 23 All-In-One Touchscreen desktop PC and am running Windows 10. I have had a second HP monitor connected for about a year now and everything has been fine. But since yesterday, the second monitor is not detected. I have connected the monitor to another computer using the same HDMI cable and it works. The display adapter indicates it is working properly and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have also updated the graphics driver. Nothing has helped. Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Let's try these steps -
1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and then select Device Manager from the list of results.
2) In Device Manager, expand Display Adapter.
3) Right-click on the Display Adapter, and then select Uninstall device > Delete the driver software for this device check box > Uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
Download and install the BIOS, Chipset drivers from this link.
