My PC won't turn on, no beeps nothing. I buy a new power supply thinking it was the power supply still nothing. Which the CMOS battery still nothing, Not a beep. I don't want to buy a new motherboard n it's not a motherboard problem. What do you guys think?

If the motherboard has failed you will normally see bulging capacitors:
Also, it could be the memory. It is difficult to test since it appears there is only 1x8 GB stick of memory installed.

You are supposed to hear a BIOS beep code error if the memory has failed, but strange things happen. I recommend removing both sticks and replace them one at a time. The single stick should be installed in the slot closest to the processor. If it boots with one stick the memory is good.

I just have to ask... what is the model number of the PSU that you installed ?
How long was it operational after you installed the RAM modules ?
