Thanks I already have downloaded the driver but skip it (was going 1 by 1 for trial and error), but this is the specific file you posted that really fixed my problem, for all of you that have the same problem as me just, do this to get the driver installed.
1.- Download the file sp67118.exe
( from hp drivers for HP 8300 mine was suppossed to be for windows 7 but as iomare replied can be from windows 8 since the file has the same name sp67118.exe I believe is the same file for both versions of windows)
2.- Once you have the file in your computer´s hard drive execute the file during the process it will ask you to extract the file in a temporary or permanent location choose the permant option
3.- Now that all files have been extracted to a file foler in your computer go to windows device manager
4.- Choose PCI SERIAL PORT and update driver then choose a driver in your computer choose the location where files where extracted and that should be all no more missing drivers.
thanks iomare !

Hi,
Try installing this driver:
Even though it is for Windows 8.1, it should work on your system.
Hope it helps,
David
