Go to your notebook's support page, download and install the Realtek SD card reader driver.
I would have posted the link for you but since you did not provide the full model number or product number of your HP 15 notebook, that's the best I can do for you at this time.
If you post the hardware ID for the PCI device and the Unknown device, I should be able to provide the links to the drivers you need for them.
