Product: HP elitedesk
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product no C8N27AV in device manager it says other devices:PCI seriel port '! ' PCI simple communication controller and sm bus controller devices not installed (code 28). I press update driver, it says could not find drivers for this device. I'm new to this I'm not sure what pci is for. Are they needed? And how do I update/install?

For the SMBus controller, you need this driver...

 

This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87001-87500/sp87257.exe

 

For the other two devices you need this driver...

 

This package provides the Intel(R) Management Engine Components Driver for supported desktop models that are running a supported operating system.
