Product: Example: AMD RYZEN 3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I just bought an HP Desktop with a disc drive that is vertical instead of flat and can't seem to insert a disc without it falling out or jamming up inside the drive. I know this sound stupid and simple but I can't figure out how to load properly.

Does it have tray load ODD ? Can you put it lay down other side ? I know that is a bad design specially for AiO machines.
