Is there such thing as Intel specific RAM or AMD specific RAM?
I am looking at some of the RAM on amazon and ebay and in some RAM(which has the same specifications as my PC's) list that
it is not compatible with All MSI, ASUS, ASRock Motherboards, Packard Bell and IBM ,Apple ,Dell,Hp,Compaq,Asus ,Fujitsu and All Intel 845,848,865,915 Northbridge Chipset and Motherboard
The puzzling thing is that they list the same MPN of which in other RAM with that same MPN:KVR400X64C3A/1G is compatible with all systems

@Paul_Tikkanen has given excellent advice on the SFF model, which covers the cmt design.
Here is the best advice, IMHO, available for you.
HP Envy 8 5010 Tablet
(2) HP DV7t i7 3160QM 2.3Ghz 8GB

.@Wb2001
I had already read that post
And .@Paul_Tikkanen had also advised me on the specs of the Memory I need
I know it's an old PC so to get that type of Memory today might be hard
But I just wanted clarification whether there are Intel specific RAM or AMD specific RAM since on ebay and Amazon the RAM that are listed there which match my specs are talking about Northbridge & Motherboard specific RAM
