One four pin PSU power connector, which should be a longer cable, provides CPU power.

The MB CPU power header is at the top left of the MB near the CPU.

The second four pin PSU power connector provides SATA power.  This PSU power cable should be shorter.

The second four pin MB SATA power header is located at the front of the MB near the memory slots and the chipset.

Both PSU power connectors should be keyed to connect to the MB in only one direction.
