My father still had an EliteDesk 805 G6 SFF lying around, and since the specs are actually quite good, I wanted to turn it into a gaming PC with the 4060 LP.
For that, I need a different power supply, so I did a bit of searching here and saw that the 210-watt PSU with p/n: L70043-004 is the only option that fits out of the box. But as you might notice, there are two problems. Firstly, that's not many watts. Secondly, the power supply doesn't have a connector for the GPU.
Is there any alternative to this power supply (even from other manufacturers or something from Aliexpress)? I don't mind if it doesn't fit perfectly (in terms of screw holes and such), as long as the case can be closed, the HDD cage can also be removed. I would appreciate any creative suggestions.

Welcome to our HP community forum!
Firstly, the problem with your HP EliteDesk 805 G6 SFF is that there is no space to install a low-profile RTX 4060. This is a two-slots card, meaning, you need two slots (plus some additional space for the cooling fans to function), and your desktop only offers one slot (see red box) to install a PCIe x16 card:
Secondly, there is no compatible 400-watt power supply available for your desktop in order to provide sufficient power for an RTX 4060.
To make a long story short, the only way to make an RTX 4060 work on your desktop, is to park both your graphics card and a power supply outside your case, like what I did with my HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF upgrade project:

To make this work, you need:
1.) One "ATX 24-Pin To 15-Pin SATA Power Adapter Card":
2.) One "15-pin Extension Cable 30cm":
3.) One "GPU Vertical Mounting Bracket Kit, PCIe 3.0 X16 Riser Cable 200mm, Graphics Card Mounting Bracket":
4.) One ATX power supply, depending on what graphics card you wish to install. For a low-profile RTX 4060, a 400-watt power supply would suffice, but you may as well buy at least a 500-watt power supply, such as this quality Amazon-Germany purchase example: Thermaltake TR2 S 500W | PC-ATX-Netzteil | 80-Plus | leiser 120 Lüfter | EU zertifiziert | schwarz: ....
The way this works goes as follows: connect the ATX's 24-pin power supply cable (#4) to the power adapter card's 24-pin slot (#1), then connect the 15-pin extension cable (#2) to this adapter card and guide this cable through one of your desktop's rear PCIe slots (remove both PCIe brackets) and connect to one of your motherboard's 15-SATA power cables.
If your motherboard doesn't have an empty (spare) 15-pin SATA power cable, use a 15-pin SATA splitter cable, such as this purchase example.
Then connect the PCIe dock's (#3) PCIe x16 ribbon cable through your desktop's PCIe slot to your motherboard's PCIe x16 slot.
Last but not least, use the ATX PCIe 8-pin power cable(s) to power your graphics card, mounted in the PCIe dock.
Then connect your monitor to one of the graphics card's video outputs.
Thanks to the 24-pin power adapter card, your ATX power supply is now 100% synced/piggybacked to your desktop. Meaning, your PC will automatically power the ATX power supply on or off, when you power your PC on or off.
Done.
