I am wondering if a AMD RX 580 will work in my HP Baker motherboard 8767 and what power supply options would be compatible with that motherboard around 600 watts to 700 Watts

Bare minimum, you'd need the 400w version for the Radeon RX 580 since it most likely takes like 180w to 225w depending on whether it is the OC version.

The absolute top of the line power supplies you can get for this are the ones meant for the Z2 G4 workstation.

There is a 650w large version but it is roughly $170 on ebay.

The 500w large version is only $40 to $60 on ebay.

[You can reverse mount these in the larger TWR or MT models but the fan will be semi obstructed. Then again, a rotary tool may help.]

The 400w sff version with 6+2 pin power is astronomically high at $60 to $110 on ebay.

The 350w sff version meant for the TG02 (Victus 15L) is only capable of powering a 150w video card.

The 310w sff version with 6-pin power (no purple wire) can handle a 120w video card.

[The 310w sff version with the 7-pin,  6-wire (P2/ PWRCMD) cable is meant for the Z2 G4 and doesn't have a gpu power cable. This one is a bad deal since you'd need a dual sata power to 8-pin pcie power converter cable. That would limit your cards to a maximum of 147w since those dual adapters can only pull a max of 72w.]
