I have an Omen 880-110nx that I purchased second hand. I ordered an HHD and attempted to install on the exterior top of the monitor locations only to find the screws did not come with the purchase. Now I am trying to track down the part number so I can install the HHD and resolve my memory issues.

You might be better off putting the µATX motherboard in a standard case.
That would give you options for installing extra SATA hard disks
AFAIK there is otherwise a PCIe x4 slot that if unused, could be used for upgrading to a PCIe NVMe SSD on a PCIe adaptor.
