Product: HP EliteDesk 705 G3 Small Form Factor PC

What are my options for upgrading this thing, below is a summary of my PC's specs

I'd like to upgrade everything with the same case, can someone list off everything I could upgrade, and what I could upgrade it with? And also somewhat explain the process it would take to upgrade, any software I'd need to download, etc. I've only ever worked on my Dell Optiplex 3020 sff, so I barely have a clue about what I'm doing here.

Well, I would consider upgrading the processor to an AMD PRO A12-9800, such as offered via an eBay Seller, upgrade your graphics card to a (low-profile) GT 1030, such as this example, and upgrade your RAM to (preferably matching) 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz*, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, DIMM (UDIMM), 288-pin RAM sticks (such as this affordable Amazon purchase example).

 

* Your PC will down-throttle this RAM to 2133 MHz.
