I need help getting in contact with Customer Support. Since my unit is out of Warranty the virtual assistant continues to take me on a non stop merry go round. I purchased my unit in 2016 and have had nothing but issues with it for the last 3+ years. My desktop will not longer operate and I continue to get the same error code of 908H64-000A61-GXPSMA-60Q403 when I run the diagnostic. When I search for parts or a local repair shop, it states the parts are "not available". This has been the worst HP Product I have ever owned and fully regret replacing my 10 year old desktop with this one. Sorry if this sounds like more of a rant than a post for assistance, I am just extremely frustrated with this product.

Hello....thank you for the information above however it does not give me a phone number. It simply gives me the option to chat, find a local service center or post to the community. If you could provide me with a direct number to customer service that would be great. It should not be this difficult to reach support regarding my defective HP Desktop.

@Yp42807, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
