Hi, HP Community!

 

I'm trying to find the HP support video for removing/replacing parts on the HP YouTube channel for my Pavilion AiO computer, but cannot find it. Wondering if someone on the forums has a link to the specific videos for the 24-x000 series which I can't find.

 

The screen was cracked when it fell off a desk when someone was trying to access the USB ports on the back of the computer. I've ordered a replacement panel to repair the device, but can't find the service manual or how-to videos which seem to exist for all the other Pavilion AiO computers. 

 

Let me know if someone else has seen these videos or the PDF of the service manual...

Thank you for this... but I'm concerned that the video doesn't have any reference to removing the panel... almost every other part is listed.

 

Wonder if anyone has the full service manual for the specific model.
